How We Started

Founder Elvin Boles started his career as the EVS director, employed by HCA in the West Marion Hospital and Ocala Regional Hospital. During his time as director, Elvin had become knowledgeable in hospital protocols on cleaning chemicals, processes, and prevention of spreading infectious diseases. Having interest in learning more, he took many additional classes which lead to his certification in handling biohazard materials, OSHA and Joint Commission standards, as well as commercial floor care.

After his retirement from HCA, Elvin was approached by a doctor, asking if he knew of anyone to clean his office. Elvin had mentioned his wife, Eugenia, who had previous and learned experience, as he knew she could handle the job.

From that point on, Eugenia and Elvin Boles started their cleaning business. Because of outstanding customer service and satisfaction, what started as cleaning one doctors office turned into many more as they began to receive referrals throughout the community.

In 2004, Elvin was diagnosed with cancer. While going through chemo and radiation treatments, he continued to dedicate his time to his cleaning business alongside his wife. With business growing, they could no longer perform all the service themselves. They decided to hire help and instilled their core beliefs and protocols into each employee.

Elvin and Eugenia’s granddaughter, Jena Butler, took interest in the family business and began training alongside Elvin and Eugenia at an early age. In 2018, Jena Butler purchased the family business and to this day, she ensures her grandparent’s legacy, knowledge, and core values live on forever.
